When two partners occupy the same space without distraction, a phenomenon occurs called bio-behavioral synchrony. Heart rhythms cohere, cortisol drops and mirror neurons activate. We facilitate this process with clinical technology. Not therapy, but pure physiological connection. Phones off, senses on.

The Programme

A tightly orchestrated sequence of exertion, technological recovery and deep relaxation.

Day 01: Decompression & Connection

  • 16:00 | Vascular Opening Shared intake of AzemKrêft (Nitrate/Cordyceps).

    • Objective: Systemic vasodilation. We open the blood vessels to maximise oxygen uptake during the session.
  • 16:30 | Dual HBOT Session 1 (90 min) Together in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. As the pressure rises to 1.5 ATA, cognitive clarity improves and the stress response diminishes. A moment of pure silence and shared focus without distraction.

  • 19:00 | Culinary Dinner Dinner in privacy (served internally) or at one of our selected partner restaurants in the area.

  • 21:00 | Thermal Reset Private use of the sauna and hot tub to dilate blood vessels and release endorphins. Served with Botanical Sparkling Tea, magnesium-rich chocolate and fresh fruit.

  • 22:30 | Sleep Architecture Serving of DjipDrûm (Ashwagandha/Glycine).

    • Objective: Lowering core temperature and cortisol in both partners simultaneously, resulting in synchronised deep sleep phases.

Day 02: Tri-Phasic Integration

Today we follow the NEST Tri-Phasic model: First prime, then load, then integrate.

  • 09:30 | Phase 1: Priming (PBM) Session under the medical Red Light panels.

    • Mechanism: Red light decouples Nitric Oxide (NO) from cellular respiration. The mitochondria are now ‘free’ to absorb oxygen.
  • 10:00 | Phase 2: Potentiation (Dual HBOT) Second deep oxygen session at 2.0 ATA.

    • Effect: Now that the body is primed, oxygen penetrates deeper into tissues for mitochondrial optimisation.
  • 12:30 | Phase 3: Silent Optic Flow Walk in the De Deelen nature reserve with a specific instruction: Optic Flow.

    • Protocol: Moving together, in silence, with your gaze on the horizon. The lateral eye movements suppress the amygdala and anchor the calm of the morning.
  • 15:30 | Symbiotic Recovery in the Sanctuary An intimate session in our luxurious bathroom with teak floor, where relaxation and therapy converge in a single space:

    • Partner A: Undergoes TENS therapy and Back Therapy on the Zero-G bed for deep neuromuscular release.
    • Partner B: Experiences hydrothermal decompression in the freestanding bathtub, directly beside the treatment bed.
    • You remain in each other’s proximity, connected in rest.
  • 20:00 | Evening Ritual Second sauna session to expel toxins, followed by a specific VAT session focused on ‘Deep Relaxation’ or ‘Focus’ (depending on indication).

Day 03: Departure & Anchoring

  • 09:00 | Circadian Breakfast No alarm. You wake when your body is ready.

  • 10:30 | The Anchor Session (HBOT) A closing session of 60 minutes.

    • Objective: You depart not merely rested, but in a state of hyper-oxygenation. This ‘anchors’ the biochemical changes of the past days before you get in the car.
