Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by NEST Wellness, registered in the Netherlands.

Bookings & Cancellation

Retreat bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellation more than 14 days before the start date is refunded in full. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Medical responsibility

NEST Wellness operates clinical treatments under professional supervision. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history during the intake process.

Liability

NEST Wellness is not liable for damage or injury resulting from incomplete or incorrect medical disclosure by the client.
