“Break through the oxygen ceiling. Activate 800% more stem cells via Henry's Law.”

Clinical Basis

Beyond the Wellness Threshold: The 2.0 ATA Imperative

There is a misconception in the market. Many centres offer “mild HBOT” (1.3–1.5 ATA). Whilst relaxing, genuine regenerative medicine only begins at 2.0 ATA.

At NEST Wellness, we facilitate protocols up to 2.4 ATA. This is not an arbitrary figure; it is the physiological threshold for critical processes:

  1. Stem cell mobilisation: Only at pressures from 2.0 ATA does nitric oxide (NO) trigger the bone marrow to release massive quantities of CD34+ stem cells (an increase of up to 800%).
  2. Infection control: At 2.4 ATA, tissue oxygen tension reaches levels (>1000 mmHg) that are lethal to anaerobic bacteria and crucial for deep wound healing.

The Mechanism: Henry’s Law

Under normal conditions, red blood cells are already 97% saturated. Simply breathing in additional oxygen has minimal effect. HBOT works through pressure increase. According to Henry’s Law in physics, gas dissolves in liquid under pressure. This saturates your blood plasma, lymphatic fluid and cerebrospinal fluid with oxygen. It reaches tissues where capillaries are too narrow for red blood cells (such as in inflammation or scar tissue).

The NEST Difference

We do not offer inflatable “soft chambers”. You enter a hard-shell medical chamber under supervision. We combine this clinical capability with Sanctuary comfort: privacy, ergonomics and noise-cancelling audio, ensuring your recovery is also a moment of rest.

Clinical Effects

Stem cell mobilisation (+800% at 2.0 ATA)

Bactericidal action (at >2.0 ATA)

Neuro-angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation)

Direct mitochondrial biogenesis
